The Canberra Floorball Club is a local community based organisation whose aim it is to
promote Floorball throughout the ACT and surrounding region. The Club aims to
promote Floorball as fun, safe and exciting game that people can play to keep fit and have
fun.
Thursday Night Floorball is back
Thursday Night Floorball is on starting again from the 16th January. If you're a
regular or want to see what Floorball is all about, turn up to the ANU between 7 and 8pm
on Thursday Night.

Tuesday lunches are
about to commence starting 14th of January 2003. As usual we will play between 12:30 -
13:30 at Yamba. Please turn up on time (or earlier) so we can make efficient use of the
time.
These are the costs for the
first half of the year (roughly 25 sessions)
Membership fee $20
Tuesday Lunches $80
Ad Hoc players $5
Eventually there will be an additional fee of $50 for insurance but we will put that off
for a little while

New team emerges in Canberra
Yes Canberra has got another team. Canberra Falcons is their name. The Falcons are being
coached and managed by Chris Heidegir and their vision is brilliant: To have fun and to
win the comp. We wish them all the best in pursuing these goals. Their first session
saw some promising players. Well done Chris and team!

We are currently looking at producing our own official rink, which means that your company
can receive exposure. The rink advertising will be sold on first come first served basis
limiting competing companies. The rink will be sold in one metre sections with a minimum
purchase of two metres in order to make the rink mirrored. We have got 116 metres for
